    沈阳市苏家屯区陈相九年一贯制学校位于陈相街道书山路101号,占地面积57725平方米,总建筑面积达21792平方米,校园布局合理,环境优雅清新。多媒体教室、教师电子备课教室及生物、物理、化学实验室、地理教室、微机室、宽带校园网、图书馆、阅览室、美术工作室、音乐教室等形成了现代化教学环境。学校现有在编教职工174人,外聘临时代课教师8人。其中中学教职工85人,小学教师89人。现有退休教师205名,其中离休3人。学校现聘有2名政府雇员,1人为研究生学历,1人为本科学历。

    我校现共有45个教学班,其中初中部18个班级,小学部27个班级,现有学生1659人,幼儿园生源264人。全体教师以“构建和谐校园,打造品牌学校”为思路,不断学习,更新理论,逐步形成了良好的校风、教风和浓厚的校园文化氛围,近几年教育教学稳步提升。我校一直坚持“以人为本,以德立校,依法治校,科研兴校”的办校理念,力求让学校生活的每一分钟都成为教育过程;让学生参与的每一项活动都成为教育内容;让校园环境的每一个角落都成为教育情境。

   我校领导集体秉承“自强不息,自立有为”的开拓精神,艰苦创业、辛勤耕耘。恪守校训:学为生活,形成“大胆严谨、活泼规范”的校风、“专业施教、以爱育爱”的教风、“扎实认真、循序渐进”的学风。目前学校校园环境和办学条件得到很大的改善,为我校乡村少年宫建设奠定了良好的基础。美术教室、书法教室、音乐室、舞蹈室、科技活动室等专用教室及设备基本完备,乡村少年宫活动成果有所显现,既丰富了知识、又开阔了学生视野。2012年图书馆已通过省级达标验收,塑胶操场已完工交付使用,2014年我校确定为数字化校园建设规划先行校。

   办学目标:用教育奠基未来生活,用生活提升今天的教育。

   学校特色:全面贯彻国家教育方针,以学生发展为本,以改革创新德育工作为目标,抓实学生日常行为规范的养成教育,进一步弘扬传统文化,创建以“生活教育”为特色,努力打造“用教育奠基未来的生活,用生活提升今天的教育”的校园文化品牌。通过在全校范围内开展学习、弘扬、力行《弟子规》教育活动,全面提高师生的思想道德素质,规范提升师生的文明形象,推动学校文明校园建设进程,提高师生内涵素养和外在修养,达到内外兼修提升师生整体素质的目标。组织开展“讲文明、讲纪律、讲诚信、讲礼仪”系列主题教育活动,努力把学生培养成品德高尚的一代新人。创建了校领导班子、教务处、德育处、班主任与科任共同参与的管理网络,形成了"人人参与,齐抓共管"的良好氛围。

   深化教学改革,深入学习课程标准,积极开展课堂教学改革,把培养目标与我校教学工作实际相结合,探索出适合我校教师教、适合学生学的课堂教学模式。借鉴凤城市东方红小学、凤城六中、山东烟台部分学校的学生管理成功经验,课堂教学改革经验,探索出适合我校教师学生实际的课堂教学模式,实施自主、合作、探究的教学模式。聚焦课堂,教师树立“面向全体、全面发展”的原则,努力追求着“人人乐学,人人会学为特征,以人人发展,以人人成功”的教学目标。课堂上把读的时间、练的时间还给学生,把讲的机会、议的机会还给学生,把问的权利、评的权利还给学生。引导学生观察,优化“看”的过程;指导学生表达,优化“说”的过程;调控学生讨论,优化“议”的过程;启发学生思维,优化“想”的过程;鼓励学生质疑,优化“悟”的过程。

   总之,学校把师生发展为本的教育理念,融入学校教育教学工作的全过程,我们正努力实现“胜任加专长”的教师发展目标,把学生培养成“全面加特长”的学生发展目标,并在此基础上把学校办成“规范加特色”的学校,在素质教育轨道上不断前进,走出一条适合我校实际的、适合师生发展的办学新路。

 

Shenyang Sujiatun District Chen Xiangjie Nine-year consistent school is located at 101 Shushan Road, Chen Xiangjie, covering an area of 57,725 square meters, the total building area of 21,792 square meters, the campus layout is reasonable, the environment is elegant and fresh. Multimedia classroom, teachers'electronic lesson preparation classroom and biology, physics, chemistry laboratory, geography classroom, computer room, broadband campus network, library, reading room, art studio, music classroom have formed a modern teaching environment. The school now has 174 teaching staff and 8 temporary substitute teachers. Among them, there are 85 teaching staff and 89 primary school teachers. There are 205 retired teachers, of whom 3 are retired. The school now employs 2 government employees, 1 graduate students and 1 undergraduates.

There are 51 classes in our school, including 18 classes in middle school and 33 classes in primary school. There are nearly 2120 students and 264 kindergarten students. With the idea of "building a harmonious campus and building a brand school", all the teachers keep on learning and renewing their theories, and gradually form a good school atmosphere, teaching atmosphere and a strong campus culture. In recent years, education and teaching have steadily improved. Our school has always adhered to the "people-oriented, moral school, rule by law, scientific research school" school philosophy, striving to make every minute of school life into an educational process; let students participate in every activity become educational content; let every corner of the campus environment become an educational situation.

Our school's leading collective adhering to the pioneering spirit of "self-improvement, self-reliance and promising", pioneering and hard work. To abide by the school motto: to learn for life, to form a "bold, rigorous, lively and standardized" style of school, "professional teaching, love education" style of teaching, "solid, serious, step-by-step" style of study. At present, the campus environment and school-running conditions have been greatly improved, which has laid a good foundation for the construction of the Rural Children's Palace. Art classrooms, calligraphy classrooms, music rooms, dance rooms, science and technology activity rooms and other specialized classrooms and equipment are basically complete, the results of activities in the village children's palace have shown, not only enriched knowledge, but also broadened the vision of students. In 2012, the library has passed the acceptance of provincial standards, and the plastic playground has been completed and put into use. In 2014, our school has been designated as the forerunner of digital campus construction planning.

Drawing lessons from the successful management of students in Dongfanghong Primary School, Fengcheng No. 6 Middle School and some schools in Yantai, Shandong Province, and the experience of classroom teaching reform, this paper explores a practical classroom teaching mode suitable for teachers and students in our school, and implements an independent, cooperative and inquiry teaching mode. Focusing on the classroom, teachers set up the principle of "facing the whole and developing in an all-round way", and strive to pursue the teaching goal of "everyone is happy to learn, everyone can learn, everyone can develop, and everyone can succeed". In class, students are given the time to read and practice, the opportunity to speak and discuss, and the right to ask and evaluate. To guide students to observe and optimize the process of "seeing"; to guide students to express and optimize the process of "saying"; to regulate students'discussion and optimize the process of "argumentation"; to inspire students' thinking and optimize the process of "thinking"; to encourage students to question and optimize the process of "understanding".
